DPS is now Lumenate – Cisco Gold Partner

Lumenate bolsters Midwest presence, Cisco Gold status with Ohio-based DPSciences merger

Technical consulting firm continues expansion, momentum

Lumenate Technologies, LP (Lumenate) announces the merger of DPSciences, a consulting firm with a fifty year heritage for delivering technology solutions to clients in healthcare, finance, education and retail.  The merger adds 10 office locations throughout the Midwest, Cisco Gold certification status and a rapidly growing managed services portfolio to continue Lumenate’s momentum.

 CISCO Gold Partner

Lumenate’s Regional Vice President, Christine Zagielski stated: “The addition of DPSciences further enhances our strong networking and datacenter capabilities. We are adding significant engineering talent to our growing team and Midwest region.  We also achieve Cisco Gold status, which has been a goal of ours this year.”  A previous recipient of one of Cisco System’s Global Partner awards, Lumenate sees its datacenter, networking and security solutions business growing exponentially as a result of the merger.

“This is a perfect opportunity for two like-minded organizations that are complementary in so many ways” said Scott Nesbitt, CEO of DPSciences. “The market is evolving, client convergent technology requirements are evolving and now DPSciences has evolved to better address all of those needs.  These two companies really are an excellent complement with similar philosophy and solution set. We are thrilled to be part of the Lumenate team.”

CRN’s Top 500 Global Solution Provider

The combined company will operate with approximately 240 employees and offices in ten major metropolitan markets.  Lumenate will also boast redundant data center facilities, managed network and security operations command centers and specialized technical expertise across healthcare, energy, finance and state and local education customer segments. Lumenate recently ranked 122 on CRN’s Top 500 Global Solution Providers and is expected to break into the top 100 next year.
